How We are Doing Meetings

juliequinn • Nov 14, 2020

People have been asking me what we are doing about meetings right now. We are still meeting with people and are working hard to make sure that our clients are taken care of. Whether you are an established client or are hoping to establish a relationship, these options can work for you.

In-Person Meetings

We have a large office with plenty of space. For meetings involving myself and one or two other people, we can spread out in the conference room to meet in-person with no problem. For clients that want that face-to-face interaction, this is a good option.

Zoom Meetings

For clients that do not want to be within 50 feet of another person right now, Zoom meetings are a great option. Zoom is a free app that allows for video meetings. You can download it to your phone, tablet or computer. When you call, let us know that you prefer to meet by Zoom and we will give you our meeting ID when we set your appointment.

Clients that live farther away from our office also find this to be a time-saving option.

Phone Meetings

If you do not have a smart phone or computer that will run Zoom, we can still meet the old fashioned remote way — by phone. Although we will not be able to see one another, the phone really does work quite well for many meetings. Let us know that is what you want to do when you call to make an appointment.

Payments

We do charge for consultations. You can make your payment by credit card through our secure portal. We will send you the link when you call to schedule your appointment. You will need to make the payment before our virtual meeting. People meeting in-person can bring their payment at the time of our consultation.

Our goal is to help you navigate the process of your case and to feel better having us on your side. Having different ways to meet is one way we do this.
